Dave proposed to Liz at the Bell Tower on the Texas A&M Campus, so when we had our consultation we realized that it would be the perfect location to have our engagement session. I encourage all of my clients to have engagement sessions, because it truly does allow us to get to know one another even better before the wedding day. Plus, in situations like Liz & Dave's, I didn't get to meet Dave at our prior meetings because he there in College Station, while we were meeting in Houston.

Texas A&M is a nice easy drive from my house in Houston - less than an hour and a half away. I absolutely love the campus, so it was such a joy to get to shoot there! Here are so me of my favorites from the day!

We started our session at the Bell Tower where they got engaged, but we had to take photos with the Century Tree also because of the Aggie Tradition surrounding it. Legend is that if two lovers walk underneath the tree's massive branches together, it is a sign that they will eventually marry. Many romances have bloomed and grown under that tree over the past 100 years!

Such an incredible couple, and so much fun! I can't WAIT for their wedding in a few weeks! More photos can be seen on my blog!
