Zombie vows, cemetery portraits and a Pac-Man groom's cake. - 04/13/09 04:08 PM
Tobi and Dick's wedding was uber-unique. We did their portraits in a sweet little Texas cemetery. Then Tobi walked down the aisle while everyone kazoo'd "Here Comes the Bride". The vows were about zombies. Their favors were Pop Rocks and temporary tattoos. And they had not only the very cool Pac Man cupcakes, but also a beautiful blue and purple wedding cake. The best part was having this wedding featured on Offbeat Bride. Tobi was a devoted reader the entire time she was planning the wedding, so that was the ultimate kudos for her.

Cat and Matt. Engagement portraits at Laguna Gloria and Dry Creek Saloon. - 04/02/09 08:36 PM
Cat and Matt chose two yin-yang locations for their engagement session: the beautiful and elegant Laguna Gloria, and the laidback shack known as Dry Creek Saloon. We wandered around at Laguna Gloria…such a serene spot with lots of nature. I asked them to take their shoes and socks off and risk snake bites by going into the reeds. They love being outdoors, so this suited them just fine. Such a gorgeous Sunday in March…we moseyed around, then headed over to Dry Creek, only to discover it was closed! No matter, we still got our diverbar fix.

Cat and Matt met at a summer camp in Northeast Texas when they were kids and that’s where they’re getting hitched…this Saturday!
