A Southern plantation wedding in Mississippi for Caroline and Jamie. - 06/16/09 03:01 PM
Monmouth Plantation in Natchez, Mississippi was the site of Caroline and Jamie’s wedding. There was much Southern charm and tradition, including the beautiful mansion itself, mint juleps, and a music parade from cocktail hour to reception. Jamie went to West Point, so there was also a saber arch at the end of the ceremony. Classic and fun.

Laura and Gena’s barking dog engagement session in Austin. - 06/10/09 10:58 AM

Laura and Gena live in Houston, but were jonesing for an Austin visit. We had a drink at Blu, then went over to the eastside for photos ops in colorful, textural locations. We were serenaded by a barking dog…he really didn’t want us taking photos. So we took a portrait with him, just for kicks. Then we went to Sazon for yummy Tex Mex.
