The pavilion is set on a lake and the building itself is, of course, another barn but this is open aired which allows for the cool lake breezes to flow thru the building in the spring/fall. 

The wedding ceremony was held on the water at Sunset and the hapily married couple celebrated with 125 of their friends and family in the pavilion barn.  After the reception, they had a sparkler exit and left the compound in a classic Essex Super Six car.  I hope you enjoy a few of the photos!

Needless to say, they were surprised and overjoyed as well.  We had a great time and defintiely kept this family portrait session more edgy and fashion inspired.  I hope you enjoy a few photos!

Anyways, we ended up shooting their family portrait session in their livign room and, honestly, I think it was more meaningful as they now have familiar surroundings that will trigger different memories in twenty years from now.  Anyway, hope you enjoy a few photographer from their session!

Leigh, my Raleigh senior photography client decided on an urban session so we headed into downtown Raleigh for a "walkabout".  Not having a set gameplan really allows for freedom to go wherever your client takes you and explicitly shows their personality, sense of style and confidence.  I hope you enjoy a few photos from my recent session with Leigh!
