The photographik.org website is operated and maintained by photographik Inc. All textual content, page and site design, information and graphics are the property of photographik Inc. Images used on the photographik.org website are the intellectual property of member photographers. The images are the sole property of photographik member photographers and may not be used without the photographer’s knowledge and permission.
The textual and graphical content on photographik.org may not be copied, replicated, translated, electronically broadcast, published or reproduced without written permission from photographik Inc.
For the Viewer or User of photographik.org
Users of the photographik.org website understand that photographik cannot necessarily endorse or advocate the services or professional reputation of our Members. Users and Viewers of the WEBSITE agree that photographik Inc. and its officers and affiliates shall not be held liable for any experience or action initiated or occurring as a result of finding or accessing a Member’s information or listing on the photographik.org website.
photographik Inc. assumes that our Members will be truthful about the services they provide. As a User or Viewer of the photographik.org website, you agree that photographik Inc. and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any negative experience you may have with any of our Members.
The User or Viewer of photographik.org or other photographik-affiliated websites agrees that you will not use our directory to data mine or use our website for the purposes of the solicitation of any product, service or other entity of our Members.
The User of the Dwela website agrees that information provided on the photographik.org website is “as is” and may not always be accurate or true. The User shall not hold photographik Inc. liable for any inaccuracy, mistake or other anomaly they may find on the photographik.org website.
The User or Viewer of the photographik.org website agrees not to spam members, The Blog, the Blurbits area or elsewhere or collect information whether manually or through the use of software programs or scripts.
The User or Viewer of photographik.org agrees not to misrepresent your identity if he or she leaves comments on The Blog or in the Blurbits area. The User also agrees to interact in the Blog or Blurbits area civilly, politely and truthfully. Offensive, slanderous, untrue comments are not acceptable.
The User or Viewer of photographik.org agrees not to download or copy any content or images from the website.
If you are accepted to the Directory
Your application fee not only gives you consideration for the Directory but, when accepted, covers the first 14 days of active listing as an Almost Top 5 member. While your application is pending you will be able to access the Network and create your profile. Once accepted your profile will go live in the region you indicate while joining. At the end of the 14 days your card will begin being charged monthly. You can cancel at any time. During the 14 day period, you can also upgrade your listing type from Almost Top 5 to Top 5, as well as downgrade to Basic. If you want to take advantage of our discounted rates, you can purchase an annual listing as well (about 15% off).
If you are not accepted to the Directory
Your application fee gives you consideration for the Directory but, if initially declined, you do have the ability to reapply by contact us to take another look at your showcase. Often times things like your web site, one of the only things we can use to view your portfolio, can be a great place to re-evaluate before re-applying.
Refunds, Automatic Renewals, and Cancellation
The Application Fee is, without exception, NON-REFUNDABLE. photographik will automatically renew your listing, whether monthly or annually (and with no prior notification), on the appropriate date of renewal unless we receive written notification that the member desires to cancel their listing. If you do not receive confirmation from us then we did not receive your notification.
