Passionate?

Oh, yeah... my wife Charlotte and I are passionate… to say the least. Being passionate has definitely had its ups and downs since we started our studio in 2004, but it's helped make us who we are:

Our passion for our art is what makes it fun to go to work every morning.

Our passion means we never feel fulfilled. We glimpse only a fleeting satisfaction in our work. And then there's the next level to attain. Nothing is ever good enough, and if something is truly remarkable, it’s only that way for an instant. But never mistake our dissatisfaction for a lack of confidence, or skill for that matter!

Our passion makes us a great team.

Our passion makes us have to work really hard at the “couple thing”.

Our passion makes us exciting.

Our passion makes us friends.

Charlotte and I founded Trystan Photography based on a mutual respect for each other and a love for the visual arts… and a wing and a prayer. That was 4 years ago, and now we're opening our second studio in Denver.
