We are a husband and wife team and love to tell the story of your wedding by capturing real moments that happen throughout the day. Often, clients tell us they didn’t even know we were there the moment we took one of their favorite images. That’s the photojournalist in each of us. It’s also a thrill for us to create memorable portraits, especially a picture of the two of you that you absolutely love. This can happen in the formal portrait part of the day but we might also steal you away for ten minutes if we are inspired by amazing light or some unique feature of your venue. This helps keep our work fresh and exciting. Really, though for most of the day we just go with the flow and photograph things as they happen because we love the relationships, the details and all the things that come together to make your wedding special. The formal group portraits are important, too – we work together to make these pictures of your family and wedding party as easy and stress free as possible. We like having fun and try to do as few of the standard “line ups” as possible.
